Our story started in New Mexico, where Sarah has spent more than a decade teaching elementary school. Every morning looked much the same: greeting smiling students, preparing lesson plans, carrying stacks of notebooks, a laptop, markers, water bottles, sticky notes, and everything else a teacher somehow manages to fit into one busy day.

Teaching has always been more than a career to Sarah. It's her calling. But every school day came with one small frustration she couldn't ignore.

She could never find a bag that truly fit her life.

The fashionable bags were beautiful but too small. The canvas totes wore out after just a few semesters. Traditional briefcases felt too formal, while backpacks didn't always reflect the professional image she wanted when meeting parents or attending conferences.

She wasn't looking for luxury.

She was looking for a bag that understood teachers.

So she decided to create one.

What began as a personal project quickly became a passion. Sarah spent evenings sketching ideas after grading papers, researching premium leather, testing different designs, and refining every detail until each pocket had a purpose. She carried every prototype into her classroom, discovering what worked—and what didn't—through real school days, not design studios.

Then something unexpected happened.

Other teachers began asking the same question.

"Where did you get that bag?"

That simple question became the beginning of our journey.

Today, every leather bag we create is inspired by the everyday life of educators.

From early morning bus duty to afternoon parent conferences...
